Always Collectors Corner gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards and PayPal online as you check out. If you use PayPal, be sure to click "Return to Merchant" at the end of the process to complete your order with us. Select your payment method from the drop down list of options.

When you input your information into our system at "Check Out," your shipping information and credit card information is sent in an encrypted code that only we can decode. We also accept US Funds Money Orders - the orders must be placed by email or phone call. We DO NOT accept personal or business checks, purchase orders or ship COD. We will reserve your items for 10 days awaiting payment if you will please reply by email confirming you are sending the money order. Coupons - Gift Certificates ![]()
Payment by Gift Certificate must be checked and a refund for the gift certificate amount is made after the order is processed. Any coupon codes must be entered during checkout to apply. Unfortunately, we are unable to add them after the order is submitted for processing. Multiple coupon codes or discounts cannot be combined.
Sales Tax ![]()
All orders shipped to California are charged 8.75% sales tax. Other states and municipal governments may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax directly.
Duty - International Shipping ![]()
Your country may charge an additional fee at the time of delivery for customs, duty, tax and brokerage that is not included in your order. It is the customer's sole responsibility to know the regulations about importing Coca-Cola collectibles into your country and notify us of any special rules BEFORE shipment is made. Note some countries in Europe require CE/EU certification on every product and not every Coca-Cola product is certified for European import. All Coca-Cola products we sell are certified for US and Canadian use and fully comply with all rules and regulations by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Shipping to multiple addresses ![]()
The online system is not currently capable of shipping to more than one address per order. If you need to ship to many addresses, please enter individual orders to each address or contact us for help.

Orders received by noon Pacific Time on weekdays are normally shipped the same day. You will be notified when your order ships with the tracking number from UPS. We ship Monday to Friday only. Orders received late Friday through the weekend ship the following Monday. Please allow 7-14 days for drop shipped items. Please allow enough time to receive your order by checking the UPS transit times map below.

All packages are shipped UPS fully insured with tracking. The day your order ships you will receive an email From: QuantumViewNotify@ups.com with the message "UPS Ship Notification" with your tracking number and confirmed delivery date. If you do not receive this email, check to see if it has been caught in a spam filter. Packages are sent without signature required, but UPS may require a signature in some areas. If you will not be home contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to make arrangements for delivery.
Canadian and Overseas shipments may be charged duty or tax by Customs that is not included with your shipping charge. International packages that are refused are not returned to us and are ineligible for refunds. The only date guaranteed, fully insured, and trackable shipping overseas is now through UPS. The US Post Office no longer guarantees delivery of overseas shipments and reimbursement for lost or damaged items can take over a year. You have the option of Express Mail or Priority Mail services with the Post Office but Always Collectors Corner is not responsibility for delayed, lost or damaged shipments. **Note Express Mail comes with $100 of free insurance while Priority Mail does not include insurance. Neither can be tracked once the package leaves the US. If you choose Priority Mail with no insurance and your package arrives damaged or is lost, there is unfortunately, nothing we can do to help you.
We love to support our military! We offer USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping to APO addresses which connects to Military mail at the APO address. Unfortunately, the online system can't do that calculation automatically and will return a message "Unable to Calculate Shipping". Please place the order online to secure all your information. When we process the order, before it is charged, we will calculate the cheapest shipping method for you and send you the total to approve. You may also phone or email for the shipping options before placing the order if you prefer.
Free shipping ![]()
We do offer FREE SHIPPING only on items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer because the delivery cost is fixed. In reality there is NO "free" shipping! Other merchants advertise free shipping with orders over $100 but raise the prices of everything they sell 15-20% to cover this cost. In fact, over half the customers placing orders on these websites get no "free shipping" and pay higher prices on every item they buy to subsidize the cost for other customers. All charge higher prices on the web than in the store to cover shipping costs. We sell items that vary in weight from a 2 oz pin to a 85 lb furniture set. Of course the shipping cost is not the same! We believe you should pay ONLY for the exact shipping costs of your order - not subsidize the cost for someone else!
Delivery address change ![]()
Address changes can be made BEFORE a package is delivered by notifying us or UPS. Notify us immediately of the needed change and we will redirect your shipment. There is a $10 fee per package for redirecting packages that will be charged to your credit card. Returned packages are liable for return shipping costs. The same fee applies if your package cannot be delivered to the address you gave us and must be redirected to another location.
Returns - Exchanges ![]()
All sales are final when shipped. If you have a question, don't hesitate to phone or email before you purchase. To assure you top quality merchandise our policy is NO returns, refunds or exchanges. You have the opportunity review and confirm your order before it is processed. Refused shipments are liable for return shipping costs. There is a 25% fee for any canceled order that has been processed, but not yet shipped. Once your order ships, there are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
There is a 30 day limit on all liability for damaged, missing items or mistakes. Please report all claims within 5 business days of receipt of the package. The faster we know there is a problem, the greater the likely hood we can resolve the issue for you. All returns must have a RMA number on the outside of the box to be accepted. All returns of incorrect merchandise must have a RMA clearly written on the outside of the box and be shipped with insurance for the full value of the merchandise. Please phone for a RMA BEFORE returning a package Unfortunately, packages returned without a RMA will be refused. All refunds are made in store credit only. Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Drop Shipments ![]()
Certain items are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer and come with free shipping. Please allow enough time to receive your product, usually 2-4 weeks unless noted on the product description. All drop shipped items are final on the day the order is processed. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations allowed since a special order has been placed with the manufacturer we can't cancel or change.
Damages - Loss ![]()
All orders are insured with the shipping company (US Postal Service or UPS). It is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver your package correctly, on time, and without damage. We pack very well to prevent breakage. Should a package arrive damaged, we will help you file a claim with the appropriate company. There is a 30 day limit on all liability for broken, missing or mistake.
Please notify us immediately. For UPS - we will file a claim for you. Please hold the entire package including all the packing materials and outer box for inspection for 5 days after we file a claim. If the package is damaged by the US Postal Service, you must file and sign a report with your local post office and have the package inspected there. We will help you file a claim here. When claim is accepted, you will received replacements for any damaged item or reimbursement if we no longer have the item in stock.
Tracking Orders ![]()
For UPS packages, you will be sent a tracking number that you can enter into the UPS website to see exactly where your package is at this moment.
For the US Postal Service you can track express or priority packages with delivery confirmation at the USPS website until it leaves the US until it is delivered. We can file a manual trace request for packages with their insurance confirmation numbers that can take up to 90 days.

California Prop 65 ![]()
California Proposition 65 requires special product labeling for products containing certain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm if the product will expose the consumer to such chemicals. Lead levels in these products comply with FDA standards. Products for which warnings are required may be sold legally because they fully comply with the US FDA Standards for Lead. They require a warning because they exceed the stricter lead exposure standards of Prop 65 in California. Prop 65 Warning for ceramic tableware marked with a yellow triangle on the packaging: "WARNING: Use of this tableware will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm."
