About Us
Celebrating 10 years as
a gift and collectibles store, Always Collectors Corner is a family-run business.
We have been collecting Coca Cola memorabilia for over 30 years.
Our personal collections cover everything from Coke bottles from
around the world to Coke signs of every description and everything
in between. As collectors, we are very particular about the quality
of every piece we sell.
The Coca-Cola Company asked
us to write 2 books about Coca Cola collectible bean bags and
polar bears.
Our 3,000 square foot facility
is stocked with 2,500 licensed Coca Cola collectibles. From vintage
to new, we feature only licensed Coca Cola products for sale including
the collectible lines from Cavanagh, Bradford Exchange, Hawthorne
Village, Sunbelt and Trademark. We are located in the picturesque
Danish village of Solvang, California - midway between San Francisco
and Los Angeles, just above Santa Barbara. The Santa Ynez Valley
that surrounds us is noted for horses ranches, wineries, and celebrity
homes.
We are members of the Collectors
Information Bureau, Cavanagh's Coca-Cola Collectors Society, The
Coca-Cola Collector's Club (national and California chapters)
and the Bottle Chapter.
How do I find what I
am looking for?
Shopping at 2collectcola.com
is safe and easy. The side menu bar directs you quickly to all
the major categories of products you want to see. As you visit
the various categories you will see the menu bar on the left expand
to give you subcategories of products. Always look to the left
to see what additional subcategories are available to visit.

When you click on a category
you will see a list of all the products available with a small
photo, item name, item code, price and availability information.
To get more information click on any item.
To see exactly where you
are at any time look just below the blue bar at the top. This
easy navigation tool bar will always tell you the category >
subcategory > product where you are now.

When you click on any product
within a category, you can see all the products in that category
by using the top arrow buttons.
How do I order?
As you find items on the
website you wish to order, just click on the Add to Cart button next to the item and one is automatically
added to your basket. You can easily remove it before checking
out so don't worry about adding items you aren't sure about while
shopping. 
If you wish to order more than one of an item, click
on the name or photo of the item to go to the product page. You
can add the Quantity you wish and click on the Add to Cart button.
How soon will my order ship?
Normally, orders received
by 1 pm Pacific Time on weekdays are shipped the same day. You
will be notified when your order ships with the tracking number
from UPS. We will email you should there be any delay. We ship
Monday to Friday only. Orders received late Friday through the
weekend ship the following Monday.
What ways do you ship?
All packages are shipped UPS fully insured with tracking.
The day your order ships you will receive an email From: QuantumViewNotify@ups.com
with the message "UPS Ship Notification" with your tracking
number and confirmed delivery date. If you do not receive this
email , check to see if it has been caught in a spam filter.
Packages are sent
without signature required, but UPS may require a signature in
some areas. If you will not be home you can contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS
to make arrangements for delivery.
Note: Canadian
and Overseas shipments may be charged duty or tax by Customs that
is not included with your shipping charge. International packages
that are refused are not returned to us and are not eligible for
refunds. The only date guaranteed, fully insured, and trackable
shipping overseas is now through UPS. The US Post Office no longer
guarantees delivery of overseas shipments and reimbursement for
lost or damaged items can take over a year. You do have the option
of Express Mail service with the Post Office but Always Collectors Corner is not responsibility
for delayed, lost or damaged shipments.

Can you ship to an APO
address?
We love to support our military! We offer
USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping to APO addresses which
connects to Military mail at the APO address. Unfortunately, the
online system can't do that calculation automatically and will
usually return a message "Unable to Calculate Shipping".
Please place the order online to secure all your information.
When we process the order, before it is charged, we will calculate
the cheapest shipping method for you and send you the total to
approve. You may also phone or email for the shipping options
before placing the order if you prefer.
Why don't you have free
shipping?
We do offer FREE SHIPPING only on items
that are drop shipped from the manufacturer because we don't have
to pay to ship to our warehouses then on to you. BUT There
is NO "free" shipping in reality! Other
merchants advertise free shipping with orders over $75 or $100
but raise the prices of everything they sell 15-20% to cover this
cost. In fact, over half the customers placing orders on these
websites get no "free shipping" and pay higher prices
on every item they buy to subsidize the cost for other customers.
All charge higher prices on the web than in the store to cover
shipping costs. We sell items that vary in weight from a 2 oz
pin to a 85 lb furniture set. Of course the shipping cost is not
the same! We
believe you should pay ONLY for the exact shipping costs of your
order - not subsidize the cost for someone else!
What
if I need to change my delivery address after a package has shipped?
Address changes can be made before a package
is delivered by notifying us or UPS. There is a $10 fee per package
for redirecting packages that will be charged to your credit card.
Returned packages are liable for return shipping costs.
How do I pre-order an item not yet
in stock?
We accept pre-orders to
reserve items not yet available ONLY with valid credit card information or money order
paid in full. Please fill out the order form completely, we must
have your shipping address and payment information on file. Your
card is not charged until the item ships.
Please advise us if you wish your entire
order held until all the products are in stock. We will ship each
item as it arrives and there may be additional shipping charges
for each shipment.
Some product pre-orders require a non-refundable
deposit to reserve your order. In this case, you are charged the
deposit when your order is placed and the the deposit is deducted
from your total when it is shipped. Should the product never become
available, we will refund this deposit. You will be notified of
availability and delivery by email.
There is a 25% processing fee for all canceled pre-orders
(not requiring a deposit). You will receive confirmation of this
pre-order and updates to via email so please check that your email address is
correct.
How do I get a free catalog?
Free catalogs are available
to print from every category. "Click for Printable Catalog
of this Category" can be found at the top header for each
category on the website.. Over 100 new items are added each month,
so printed catalogs are outdated before printing! Therefore, we
no longer mail printed catalogs. You can stop by anytime to check
out the website and see what's new and download a current catalog
of the items you wish.
What if I want to return
something?
All sales are final when
shipped. We believe our customers know what they want to order.
If you have a question, don't hesitate to phone or email before
you purchase. To assure you top quality merchandise our policy
is NO returns, refunds or exchanges.
You have the opportunity review and confirm your order 3 times
before it is processed. Refused shipments are liable for return
shipping costs.
Always Collectors Corner
does not provide any additional warranty coverage past 30 days.
Some products may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please
contact the manufacturer directly to determine eligibility. We
do not guarantee any product's fitness for intended use.
If we make a mistake -
we fix it at our expense! There is a 30 day limit on all liability for damaged, missing items or mistakes.
Please report all claims within 5 business days of receipt
of the package. All returns must have a RMA number on the outside
of the box to be accepted. All returns of incorrect merchandise
must have a RMA clearly written on the outside of the box
and be shipped with insurance for the full value of the merchandise.
Please phone for a RMA BEFORE returning a package. Unfortunately,
packages returned without a RMA will be refused.
All refunds are made in store credit only.
This will be applied to your next order at the time it is invoiced
and will not appear online.
What if the order arrives damaged
or is lost?
All orders are insured
with the shipping company (US Postal Service or UPS). It is
the carrier's responsibility to deliver your package correctly,
on time, and without damage. We pack very well to prevent
breakage. Should a package arrive damaged, we will help you file
a claim with the appropriate company. There is a 30 day limit on all liability for broken,
missing or mistake.
Please notify us immediately.
For UPS - we will file a claim
for you. Please hold the entire package including all the packing
materials and outer box for inspection for 5 days after we file
a claim. If the package is damaged by the US Postal Service, you must file and sign
a report with your local post office and have the package inspected
there. We will help you file a claim here.
When claim is accepted,
you will received replacements for any damaged item or reimbursement
if we no longer have the item in stock.
If an order does not arrive
within an appropriate amount of time, we will help you trace the
shipment.
- For UPS packages,
you will be sent a tracking number that you can enter into the
UPS website to see exactly where your package is
at any given time.
- For the US Postal
Service you can track only express mail packages with delivery
confirmation at the USPS
website.
We can file a manual trace request for packages with their insurance
confirmation numbers that can take up to 60 days.
What forms of payment
do you accept?
Always Collectors
Corner gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard or American
Express credit cards or PayPal
on the website.
If you use PayPal for payment be aware that the entire amount
of your shopping cart will be charged today. All pre-orders and
items not yet in stock are charged in full (PayPal is unable to
distinguish between in stock and out of stock items.) If you don't
wish to be charged the total, please use another method of payment.
For payment with Discover Card, please use PayPal.
We also accept US Funds Money Orders -
the orders must be placed by email or phone call. You can also
use your 2collectcola eGift Certificates to pay for your order.
We are NOT able to accept personal or business checks, purchase
orders or ship COD. Select your payment method from the drop down
list of options.
What if I don't want
to give my credit card information on the web?
Always Collectors
Corner uses the latest technology
in Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) to protect the security of your
online order information. When you input your information into
our system at "Check Out," your shipping information
and credit card information is sent in an encrypted code that
only we can decode. For more information about how we protect
your information and privacy see Security & Privacy Policy
But we understand some
folks are not secure about giving out personal information on
the web. You may use PayPal for payment or phone your order to
us by calling tollfree 877.631.COKE (631.2653). You cannot use the order form on the
website for phone orders. Please print out your order and phone
us.
Our friendly staff is available
to help you Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm PACIFIC Time. We have a 24 hour secure order line
where you can leave your information after hours. Be sure to always
leave a phone number with area code where we can contact you.
How accurate are the
photos, measurements, product information?
We give you the most information
available for each product as listed by the manufacturer. The
measurements, details, product description are as accurate as
possible to make your decision easy. The photographs we use on
our website are either promotional photos from the manufacturer
or taken in our offices. All photos are copyrighted and may
not be reproduced or used without written permission. Small
variations in color may occur due to differences in dye lots and
the inherent inaccuracy of photographs. Please phone our offices
should you have any question about any product PRIOR to purchase
- we want satisfied customers!
What is Prop 65 and why
is there a warning on some Coca-Cola products?
Prop
65 is a California law requiring information labels on products
which can contain substances that may cause health problems. The
yellow triangle is required in California on the outer boxes of
certain ceramic dishes, glassware, salt shakers and flatware.

an item?
We use the guide to grading
condition established by Sheldon Goldstein in 1965 accepted as
The Coca Cola Collector's standard for 4 decades. All bottles
and cans are full unless specified.

Do you trade?
We receive a lot of requests
to trade items. All items listed at Always Collectors Corner are for sale only. We purchase items only from licensed
Coca Cola manufacturers who produce the highest quality merchandise.
