What else are we doing? By not printing emails, backup copies and second invoices, we've cut our paper consumption by two thirds. That saves hundreds of trees a year. We use Apple's automatic backup program Time Machine to insure accurate data on a backup drive without needing a lot of cd disks. And we recycle all our empty Coke bottles, Coke cans, shredded paper, and cardboard boxes. By not filling up the landfills, we keep our Santa Ynez Valley beautiful for years to come.
