1915 Glass Coca-Cola Root Bottle Replica with Tag
Copied after the rare Root bottle, this replica Coca-Cola bottle comes with a collectors tag. From the early 1900's various straight sided bottles were used by Coca-Cola bottlers and many other bottlers leading to confusion about the brand. The hobbleskirt bottle featured an enlarged center and base making it conform to the human hand. The first prototype was called Root after the glassworks that created it. This exaggerated design was streamlined into the contour bottle known worldwide as for perfect marketing so easy to recognize by sight or feel. Only two of the original prototypes are known to exist - one at Disneyland and one in the World of Coca-Cola Museum in Atlanta. Own a piece of history!
