Q. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

A. We gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards and PayPal online as you check out. If you use PayPal, be sure to click "Return to Merchant" at the end of the process to complete your order with us. Select your payment method from the list of options.

We also accept US Funds Money Orders - the orders must be placed by email or phone call. We DO NOT accept personal or business checks, purchase orders or ship COD. We will reserve your items for 10 days awaiting payment if you will please reply by email confirming you are sending the money order. Payment by eGift Certificate must be entered during checkout to apply. Add the eGift Certificate number in the Coupon field and it will automatically be deducted from your invoice before it is charged to your credit card.  All coupon codes must be entered during checkout to apply. Unfortunately, we are unable to add them after the order is submitted for processing. Multiple coupon codes or discounts cannot be combined.


Q. Do You Charge Sales Tax?

A. All orders shipped to or within California are charged 8% sales tax. Other states and municipal governments may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax directly.

International Orders

Q. I am outside the US. How do I place an order?

A. We love to help our International Customers get the information they need. Remember - we ship worldwide daily! When you add a product to the shopping cart you can calculate your shipping cost from many options.

Please double check your address is correct and the item you've ordered can be imported into your country. Should your post office be unable to deliver your package, it will be returned and subject to postal and duty fees (if any) to return to the US. All postal charges are non-refundable.

Q. Can I ship to a freight forwarder in the US?

A. Many freight forwarders will assist in shipping products cross-border with customs acceptance and delivery. They know what can be imported into your country and how to navigate the maze of custom regulations we cannot know. You will need to investigate different companies and arrange for pickup from our warehouse. Fees vary with different companies so be sure to check several. We are able to ship to most freight forwarders with US addresses.

Be aware that our liability extends only to acceptance by your freight forwarder. Be sure to have them check for damages at that point. Once your package is accepted, it becomes your freight forwarder's responsibility to deliver your package safely and on time. Some suggestions are Borderlinx, UPS, DHL or FedEx Cross-Border. Be aware it is your responsibility to set up an account with the freight forwarder of your choice, order the pickup or give us the correct shipping address, and to pay all fees associated with their services.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to know the regulations about importing Coca-Cola collectibles into your country and notify us of any special rules BEFORE shipment is made. Note some countries in Europe require CE/EU certification on every product and not every Coca-Cola product is certified for European import. All Coca-Cola products we sell are certified for US and Canadian use and fully comply with all rules and regulations by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Q. What is California Prop 65?

Prop 65 Warning Label A. California Proposition 65 requires special product labeling for products containing certain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm if the product will expose the consumer to such chemicals. Lead levels in these products comply with FDA standards. Products for which warnings are required may be sold legally because they fully comply with the US FDA Standards for Lead. They require a warning because they exceed the stricter lead exposure standards of Prop 65 in California. Prop 65 Warning for ceramic tableware marked with a yellow triangle on the packaging: "WARNING: Use of this tableware will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm."
